Over the years SouthStar has demonstrated a unique ability to identify and transform "diamonds in the rough" into vibrant assets. Time after time, when others had seen abandoned assets, SouthStar was able to breathe life into these properties and transform them into thriving destinations for modern lifestyles.

The passion we have for real estate never surpassed our passion for people.  At times we had to act with urgency, at other times with patience.  We look back at some of our success stories and see that it was determination that made it work.  We look back and see when others had moved forward that it was our caution that protected us from what would have been a loss.

We believe that successful real estate investing is largely determined by having a strategic plan for the particular asset.  This passion has helped build trust in the relationships we have with nationally known retailers, lenders, and investors.
