Our passion for real estate never surpassed our passion for people.  This has helped build trust with nationally known retailers, lenders, and investors.  At times we had to act with urgency, at other times with patience.  We look back at some of our success stories and see that it was determination & teamwork with our partners that made it work, and our caution that protected us from what would have been a loss.
