FAIRVIEW TO SIGN CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR BOWIE NATURE PARK

"SouthStar, LLC is very excited for the City of Fairview, their City Commission, their Staff Members and their Citizens in the forthcoming signing of a permanent Conservation Easement for Bowie Nature Park scheduled for October 2nd.  We are grateful for the opportunity to have been a critical partner and advocate in this cause and are very excited about this happening.  In addition, we are very blessed to have formed a number of friendships and alliances along the way.

SouthStar is equally excited about our proposed "Bowie Commons Shopping Center" resulting in part from the creation of this Conservation Easement and the upcoming sale of approximately six (6) acres of park property to SouthStar for inclusion in this development.  SouthStar believes strongly in the Community of Fairview, its leaders and its people.  We look forward to playing a pivotal role in Fairview's anticipated growth and are very thankful to have been accepted by the community as a respected corporate citizen and partner, now and in the future to come.
