COMPANY FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Glenn R. Wilson leads a team which combined, has over 75 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Capitalizing on his own experience of 24 years and proven track record in commercial real estate development, Glenn strives to emphasize and leverage, the SouthStar team’s experience and wide array of expertise in real estate development, entitlement, marketing, lending, project management, technology, and customer service in order to maximize value to investment partners as well as create development opportunities which provide major success to the retail tenants. Mr. Wilson continually stimulates and challenges the SouthStar team through his unwavering commitment to quality, honesty and integrity in every aspect of development as well as daily life.

PRINCIPAL and PRESIDENT, Glenn S. McGehee, Jr. recently joined the SouthStar team bringing with him a dynamic entrepreneurial, site acquisition, tenant relations and development background. Being an innovative visionary and extreme forward thinker, Mr. McGehee’s primary focus is in charting and directing SouthStar’s future growth in the upcoming years by emphasizing and maximizing SouthStar’s core strengths in an ever competitive development market. In addition, Glenn continues to fuel the SouthStar Development pipeline through his pursuit and acquisition of prime real estate that is uniquely positioned for commercial and/or mixed use development. Glenn’s talent for building relationships and passion for teambuilding are major assets to SouthStar in today’s business environment.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.  Justin Sterling brings 15 years of professional deal making experience and creativity to the SouthStar team.  Justin’s primary responsibilities are to secure strategic development opportunities, to maximize the value of our corporate assets through retail leasing, and to represent SouthStar in the sale of our assets. Mr. Sterling's commitment to strong relationships continues our tradition of putting people first. By harnessing the power of social media, Justin's aim is to engage SouthStar clients, customers and business partners with relevant up to date information.
